You don’t need much with you on the day of Baptism. Most of what is needed is provided by the church. If you forget one of the below, we can help you out with it.
- A white blanket/shawl
- Candle
Please arrive in the church at least 10 minutes before the Baptism Ceremony will take place to allow for time to get seated and final checks before the ceremony starts.
Please note that the oils will be administered using a new cotton bud for each anointing and on each child. The water poured at the font will be from a jug so will be fresh for each baby. Each family will be approached in turn and will go to the font one at a time. All must remain in their seats until called.
